Talk and multi-day workshop for software developers about the foundations of web security and the most common types of security vulnerabilities.
Defending against digital stalking
Pratical workshop teaching defense against commercial spyware (‘spouseware’) and stalking via services like iCloud and Gmail. Training requested by the staff of an NGO working with victims of domestic abuse.
Introduction to digital security for businesses
A talk introducing the basics of digital security for employees of small businesses, followed by one-on-one sessions with each employee to assess their knowledge, review their devices, setting up a password manager etc.
Introduction to encrypted communication
A talk introducing concepts like HTTPS and end-to-end encryption to the average non-technical person, followed by a workshop on using encrypted messaging apps. Requested by labour unions and NGOs for their members.

July 2019, Interview about FaceApp
Article published in the Danish newspaper Berlingske.
I was asked to comment on the security and privacy implications of using the viral hit FaceApp, an app that uses machine learning to change appearances and simulate aging in photos. This was following US Senators and commentators expressing concerns over what the facial recognition data could be used for.
